My work is focussed on people developing an independent, autonomous life. Sometimes this comes in the form of one to one work, and sometimes in groups and workshops that are showing us how much the social and emotional difficulties can be mended by fresh and intense experience. One to one coaching is shared out amongst a small team of coaches who I work with, supervise, train and support. Group coaching is designed to bring people into focus about their impact on others and to become comfortable with being visible. We are also developing intensive workshops that give people an experience that leads to a deeper awareness of connection and responsibility. Shortly we will be opening a centre in London that will allow people with Asperger’s the security of a supportive environment, a managed social hanging out space and a number of creative classes. It will be a refuge and a launch pad at the same time. Often we work with the whole family. Families are powerful, and everyone is connected. Sometimes we just work with the individual, helping them to fit into the mainstream world. I also offer training and seminar contact that allows me to transfer specific skills I have developed. I speak at conferences across the world to share my ideas.
