The Leadership programme arises out of all our experiences and entry is by invitation for Mastery graduates.

Leadership students will be exploring their own personal impact on people and groups around them, and will be offered a continuing set of experiences to allow this to happen. They will work directly with the Mastery leaders in developing their skills and will have opportunities to lead the support team for the workshops and to lead support groups for the continuity club. This group will be continuing and costs will cover our expenses and regular leadership coaching only.

An adventure

Three people are invited to step up.   That they have Asperger’s Syndrome is irrelevant, though they fit into that group. This is an exploration - we are creating a container, a crucible in which we expect magic to happen.

What if they find their true voices and what if they truly demand the very best of each other? What will they demand of the world? What impact will this group have?

We are coaches and these three have inspired us to create this space. We offer our skills, vision and time to them and they accept the challenge to make use of us. We meet regularly as a group, we work regularly in a coaching structure and they meet without us. Later others will join us and the first three will begin to explore their capabilities as leaders. The entry point is The Mastery and we will invite  those in whom we see potential to join us on this adventure.

Beating the demons, claiming the space, leaning on others, discovering possibilities and exerting influence. Learning to trust, extending love and compassion. Holding to account. Being the change you want to see in the world and playing full out. These are the signposts.

We will work together, travel together, experience together so that these three people and their colleagues can transcend their early experience and discover how they can contribute to the emerging future.

We offer our networks, especially those arising from The Mastery and the Coach Training Institute to create an entry point for this group into a global community concerned with leadership and change so they can feel their possibilities as they define, refine and make manifest their highest potential.

Arising out of individual coaching, group work, workshops and our own leadership paths, this is a group we choose to create and support. It is not time limited, membership is by invitation and we expect members to make use of the inherent possibilities in pursuit of their finest hours. There is no exchange of money, and we as a group are seeking sponsorship to ensure that all can participate without limitation and can be part of the powerful experience of being supported by financially strong institutions and individuals.
