PremAll of us want to develop new ways of living - sometimes it is basic needs like sleeping and eating well, other times it is more to do with relationships, work and managing money, and at other times people will find it useful to have some help in learning new skills and things to do.

 

Appointments are usually an hour each - sometimes an hour and a half is better, and one to one coaching can get to you via the phone just as well as it can by meeting together.
