Page 1 of 4 Christmas AspiesFortunately, it's Christmas. However unfortunately, it means that all the usual things stop and you have to spend days alone with your family.Fortunately, you get to spend time with your loved family members and celebrate the end of the year. Unfortunately you get to be a year older and your family members probably all get drunk and fall asleep when you want to talk to them. Fortunately you can watch all the television you like! Unfortunately it is a mixture of Morecambe and Wise and Die Hard Two, which is the worst of the Die Hard series. Fortunately it's Christmas so you can do what you want for days and days and days. Unfortunately it doesn't mean that, and you have to stop playing computer games some time. Fortunately everyone wants to have fun together and pull crackers. However unfortunately, there is a limit to how many times they will put up with you reading out the same joke (four times). Fortunately the Autism Bill has received Royal Assent. Unfortunately there is no new government money attached. Fortunately, I have run out of daft things to say. Unfortunately I wrote the other articles before this one so there is lots more to read – there will be a test after the Christmas Pudding. So the good news is that the world returns to normal shortly. Happy Christmas (no test – joke!) |
